The Bräu can offer many culinary experiences - genuine and incomparable Bräu delights.
Guests and locals alike appreciate the comfortable panelled Bräu parlours known throughout the Tyrol and even beyond its borders.
Many recipes have a long history and are well kept in the Bräu kitchen. From breakfast buffet to à la carte dishes to a 4-course dinner - Bräu cuisine is always a special treat.
Ingrediences come from the own Bräu farm, with fish lake and cultivated pastures. Everything is real and genuine, and the basis for food preparation on the highest gastronomical level.
At the Bräu, everything is authentic - even the beer comes from the Zillertal Beer brewery and is a welcome refreshment after the holiday activities in and around the Hotel-Gasthof Bräu.
Its distinctive taste and its quality have made the Zillertal Beer and our brewery what it is today: the Tyrol's oldest private brewery. Thanks to the unique brewing water and the long storage times, our Zillertal beers are really something special.
